haha...I lost just now.That was the first stupid match i ever have.I feel suck before weighing.I have not even warm up.Not even a kick.But it ok coz i lost 2-1. What the hell sia??I didn't even feel the atmosphere of supporting each other in my team.Like,when one of us got match then we didn't warm up and just go in the ring. Ok wateva..There is still next year..haha.. Oh shit..Tomorrow school start.I didn't even touch my homework this holday.Didn't even look at school books.haha..I got to do my homework by this night..haha..I got maths and mother tounge hmwk..I will do maths and for malay hmwk i say i don't understand..haha.. ok ah..Happy schooling!!! Hey!!Hello.. im feeling bored now.I just eat from just now.i eat chocolates to gain weight for the silat competition.I need to gain 2 more kg so can fight at my class.My class is 72 - 75kg.But now i think im 70kg.Last time must lose weight now must gain weight.I don't really have the mood to eat. Last week was lucky for me.I left 3 day to gain 3 kg but i didn't make it.Luckily my match is not last week if not i'd be disqualified and my team manager will bla bla bla bla bla bla bla non-stop. Maybe tomorrow is my match.If not sunday.They say saturday but i look at the the Persisi schedule they put it on sunday. Ok nothing to say..bye2.. hello..So long never update.It's because the computer i'm using is a bit slow so i lazy to wait.Then my sister won't lend me her laptop even for a second.Then my father's laptop is spoil,can go online but cannot use internet.But this com i'm using can use internet but cannot use MSN.And my sisters are very selfish,the computer i'm using now is in their room,so i cannot go in her room because they will shout at me like crazy people then my mother will scold me.Stupid sisters!!! I got problem with losing weight.On monday after running about one and one-third of the reservior which is about 10km, i loss about 3 or 4kg.Then The next day my weight went back to the previous weight.Maybe i eat so much.But i don't think so.Cause i just eat small things and drink only.I have just left one week to loss at least 6kg for the national silat tournament. Later i'm going to run 3 or 4 rounds around the reservior which is about 21km.Thats how much i must run to lose weight the school physio tell me.I know i can do it but i just can't look at foods.hahaha..If i see any food my hand will automatically pick it up and put it into my mouth without thinking.haha.. This time i will control.So wish me happy losing weight..haha..bye. |
